My favorite products: You mean I have to pick! Dermalogica – PreCleanse is the best to break up the makeup and dirt (yes, even mascara!) before washing with my dermalogica cleanser. It's amazing! Bumble and bumble. – a cocktail of Sumotech and Sumowax provides hold and shine at the same time. Mixing the two also allows me to work with Sumowax without having to heat it up. Jane Iredale – Lip Fixation, I love that I have all day color on my lips. I just don't take the time to touch up between eating, drinking and kissing my girls (oh, and my hubby too ;)

How I spend my time off: Enjoying time with my family and my church family and cooking.

Why I chose this career: My mom was a stylist and I started working as a Front Desk Coordinator during my senior year of high school. One thing lead to another with Esthetician School, post graduate education at the International Dermal Institute and finally a salon opening with my mom.

My prized possessions: My 3 girls!

What inspires me: Seeing our team members get inspired and growing.
